The Conscious Ministry program has supported New Thought leaders and ministries with training and resources since 2002
Here is an outline of the program: it's aspects and benefits.

Conscious Ministers are delivering the good news of New Thought. The "Gospel of New Thought" is a diverse message, yet universal in its adherence to underlying principles revealed within the very phrase "New Thought". The first word is "New" and this is the opposite of old. The second word is "Thought" which is the opposite of "Thoughtless". Thus, although some would love to be nothing more than mindless automatons acting from the "id", the Conscious Minister is aware of the truth within Tao #53. The Conscious Minister is that soul teaching the Science of Mind and Spirit in its various forms because it has proven to be a powerful principle within that minister's life, so powerful in fact that this soul is called to share this truth.
Conscious Ministry begins with the awakening to the call to share the truth that the Good News of New Thought is essential to the success and salvation of humanity.
The fact that there are many people in the world, means there are many minds. These minds are within various cultures, or sub-cultures and thus there is a cultural influence at work as we approach of these different minds. Although all are within the embrace of Divine Mind (Holy Spirit, God), New Thought is not a single thought or an old thought. New Thought, by definition cannot be dogma or codified into a rigid pattern, or preserved through old patterns. For New Thought to thrive, it must be shared through New Thought Forms and New Thought Waves. It is in the sharing and daring that New Thought is both transformative, transforming and eternal.
The Conscious Minister is aware. "As wise as a serpent, yet as loving as a dove" (Matthew 10:16), the Conscious Minister is aware of what is going on in his or her spiritual community, the larger local community and the world. The Conscious Minister is aware of vibrations of culture, politics and people, yet remains above the fray within an attitude of compassionate gratitude. The conscious minister walks the High Metaphysical Path and is thus centered within Divine Mind.
The high metaphysical path is elucidated through the 23rd Psalm:
"The Lord is my shepherd; I have no lack. "
(In New Thought, we know that God is our Source and so long as we keep this truth in our hearts, we will never lack.)
"He sets me in green pastures, leads me to refreshing waters.
He strengthens my soul, guiding me upon the right path, for his namesake,"
(The hebrew word for "sake" is "ma-an" and means "intent" or "purpose". Therefore namesake = in alignment with Highest Good.)
"Even though I walk through the darkest valleys,
under the shadow of death,
I fear no evil,
for you are with me,
Your rod and your staff,
they comfort me."
(Even though though today's news may be filled with challenging messages, and each life bracketed between birth and death, those walking the high metaphysical path have no fear, understanding they are always within the embrace of Great Spirit (Holy Spirit / God). The Conscious Minister is aware of the law, truth teachings and the constant embrace of Divine Mind.)
Although in the world, the Conscious Minister is not of the world.
"Do not conform to the pattern of of this world, but transform by the renewal of your mind." (Romans 12:2).
The above quote from Romans 12 is often cited by New Thought Sharers with good reason. It is about centering oneself within Divine Mind and living the principle: "As we change our thinking, we change our lives."
The work of Conscious Ministry is is encouraging a growing consciousness of New Thought around the globe as a spiritual path, a philosophy and way of life.
Those within Conscious Ministry are not simply talking the talk, we are walking the talk. Our work can be seen in resources such as the New Thought Library as well as in a myriad of other resources which are helping bring all of forms of New Thought to the fingertips of every one in the world.
The New Thought Library system is universally accessible by all people, both seekers and sharers.
With open source architecture, New Thought Library does not require user names or passwords. It is free, like all that we do, it is supported by voluntary contributions. Thousands of New Thought Spiritual Seekers are going to the library and its mirrors every moment of the day, from all around the globe.
Quite often, these people then click on the links to the Universal New Thought Directory and visit local New Thought Spiritual Communities.
FindACenter.com is a news resource which lists all New Thought Centers around the globe. FindACenter is an Open Source Directory meaning it is a compilation of public information enhanced through ongoing participation. It is part of the New Thought News system supplying information to New Thought Seekers from New Thought Seekers and Sharers around the globe for free.
It has encouraged a growing sense of community on the part of all its visitors. People who are unable to find one type of New Thought community in their area can easily find another form. This supports them in their New Thought journey where ever they go.
FindACenter.com is the public's primary window into a New Thought center and often their first impression of its public presence and because it is a public resource, the public is always providing insights. Listings may or may not be stewarded.
Yes, that means YOU.
As it states in Matthew 5:14-16:
"You are the light of the world. A city built up on the hill cannot be hidden. People do not light lamps and place them under bowls or baskets, rather lanterns are placed high upon poles and stands providing light for all within the house. Let your light shine, so that they may see your good works and bring glory to God..."
We want your message to reach the ears, eyes and minds of all souls so that they can awaken. There are many paths to the top of the mountain but at the summit, the view is the same.
One of the perennial conversations among New Thought ministers revolves around "New Thought being the best kept secret in metaphysics". When we take a team of ministers to the streets of any major city or small town with a set of clipboards and a questionnaire, it shocks some ministers to observe how few people know about New Thought in general or the various New Thought denominations.
Regardless of which denomination you ask them about, only a small percentage of the general public know anything at all about New Thought and even less about all the wonderful "Branding" efforts taking place. Fear of being identified with Scientology or other non-New-Thought movements has simply resulted in what fear creates. Regardless of how much "Branding" is done, the history and resources of New Thought essential to our teachings will always reveal our roots. This is a blessings not a problem. We do not need to run from our roots but rather embrace them. The branches of a tree reach into the sky in direct relation to the depth of its roots. Our roots are deep, thus our potential is high.
Branding is a powerful method to separate one form from another. When you buy a burger from Mickey Dees, you are not looking for a better burger than another fast food joint, you are simply looking for a distinct burger. If you are a regular customer, then a home cooked meal will be a New Thought and since it is home cooked, it will not be branded.
Anything which forwards the overall movement is good, thus new brands of New Thought are helpful and those participating in brands will see how helpful they are. Having a distinct separation supports public perception of uniqueness.
The most powerful tool that we have is each other. Our diversity is an asset and insures that we will meet the evolving needs of people around the globe.
At the end of the 20th Century, percentage-wise, less people knew about New Thought than at the beginning of the century. In 1910, almost every major Newspaper carried articles on New Thought every week, if not daily. The history of New Thought reveals the reasons for this change. This is due to the fact that over the past 100 years, the only structures offered were denominations and individual teachers who developed followings yet did not impart a strong New Thought identity outside of their particular teachings. Denominations serve an important role in expanding their particular New Thought focus, or in the vernacular of private enterprise their "brand" & providing training for individuals seeking to become leaders and teachers in their organizations. The very nature of denominations means they must focus on fostering their own identity as opposed to promoting New Thought as a whole. How can a membership organization do something other than support their members? This is not a problem, it is simply a fact.
Over the last 20 years we have found that it is normal for laiety in one denomination to know nothing about their New Thought denominations' relation to other New Thought denominations or organizations. Often the first time they realize there is a relation between Unity, Science of Mind, Divine Science, UFBL or any of the other denominations or organizations is when they visit the FindACenter.com directory because they can't find a local center / church of their denomination. Is it bad if they find a different New Thought Center whether independent or another denomination, particularly when there is no local center of their denomination in their area? We don't think so, we believe that as long as they are able to get to a New Thought Center and grow through these teachings, then all of New Thought benefits.
There is an old story about a father whose children were always competing and not cooperating together. Sometimes they would have fights and take each others things. After a particularly viscious day, their father brought them together and showed them a bundle of sticks he had cut from an oak tree. They were sure that he was going to give them a thrashing, but instead he handed each one the bundle of sticks and asked them to see if they could break it. Each one tried and failed. Then he unraveled the bundle, snapped a stick then handed a stick to each sibling. He asked them to discover if each could snap his or hers. They easilly snapped their sticks. He then explained: "Remember that you are all like the sticks from this bundle, cut from the same oak tree. When you work together you will be unbreakable, but if apart you can be easily broken." After this day, they ceased quarelling and competing and began working as a team. Instead of being envious of each others capabilities or jealous of each other friends, they ceased poking fun at each other's differences, and began celebrating them and boosting each other. They became a powerful team capable of doing anything and overcoming all challenges. They all prospered together for the duration of their lives.
Conscious Ministry enables us to focus on what is important to the growth of New Thought and to expand our respective ministries and communities. Over the last 20 years, in our role of supporting all of New Thought, both seekers and sharers, we have observed key principles that support the growth of spiritual communities. We have developed programs to support ministers to grow their communities, bring in new members and develop a closer relationship with existing members.
It is quite common for people to call us for assistance to find a New Thought Center or Community in their area. They might ask for a particular denomination which they are familiar with from another area in the country. Unable to find that type of center in their new neighborhood, they rejoice when they discover that even though a particular denomination has no center in their new location, there is an independent center or center belonging to another denomination around the corner. The FindACenter Universal Directory system is key to fulfilling their desires and supporting their journey. It is one of the keys to your success and the growth of New Thought as a whole. As a News Resource it reports all on all New Thought centers that meet the criteria. All Centers receive a "Charity Listing", that enables seekers to find their center and show up on time for their events. We express gratitude to centers supporting our work through higher levels of information in the universal directory system.
In addition to denominations, there are also New Thought membership organizations. These serve important functions such as sponsoring conferences and events and networking their members. Due to the fact that like denominations they must serve their membership and are not tasked with serving non-members, they are unable to serve nascent New Thought seekers and non-member ministries that do not pay their dues and thus are not members.
Today we see a proliferation of people selling the prosperity teachings, but the chief task of true Spiritual Leaders is to impart the truth not simply as a prosperity teaching, but as a major spiritual path which leads to healing, transformation of the individual and community empowerment through wisdom teachings. Prosperity teachings are important but they are not the complete picture.
Today, the old paradigms are fading away, pyramid structures are becoming obsolete and people and ministries are networking insuring shared prosperity. Denominations and membership organizations cannot do everything. By their very structure, they must serve their members and focus on their particular mission of propagating their particular teachings. We do not seek to replace any of these institutions because we feel they are important parts of the New Thought Community.
The Universal Network Serving New Thought fills a niche that these organizations cannot perform. We are not a membership organization. We do not have fees or dues or mandatory tithes. Those who wish to participate accure the benefts of participation. All of our support comes from ministers with higher consciousness like you!
Ministries that think they are unable to tithe (send in regular contributions of $2 to $3 dollars a day or even a dollar per day) can send an annual letter of need to access resources. This insures that everyone in New Thought gets support regardless of their circumstances.
We want you to be more powerful, conscious of your greatness and through your personal empowerment to empower your community. Thereby, you will increase your ability to contribute to the work of positive transformation of Global Consciousness through the propagation of New Thought.
Our raison d'être is to bring more people into New Thought which means into your ministry. Serving New Thought exists in order to support your growth. We want you to be able to make the best choices.
In terms of webs, today there are more wonderful choices than ever before.
Amazingly the webmaster is the least important factor in any of these choices.
Let's move on to view a spectrum of powerful choices available to you through this program.
We are part of a global trend of people helping people through networks and sharing.
A better world begins and continues with each of us!!!
It is all about you. Your spiritual path is not about something outside of you. It is about you.
We work with you to insure your growth
We work with New Thought Sharers (ministers, teachers and practitioners) around the world helping them to create media that support seekers on the spiritual path. Networked ministers gain valuable links which raise their rating in the search engines, though processing public domain New Thought Books and writing reviews for those works increasing their public profile through our extensive network of websites and internet resources.

is an important part of our lives. Celebration supports our spiritual journey through the sharing & releasing of energy. Join people around the globe to celebrate New Thought Day on August 23th as first announced by the former President of the New Thought Alliance, James A. Edgerton announced on August 23rd, 1915.
For as long as we have been on this wonderful earth, Humans have had thoughts and feelings. New thought will teach you how to embrace your powerful self and move into a new healing and strength.
New Thought has been around for quite some time. The standard history goes back to Phineas Quimby, but the Spiral Dynamics New Thought History traces the ideas of New Thought back to Anne Hutchinson who in 1638 taught that: we are not converted to Christ but awaken to the truth of our present Unity with God; all people are reflections of the Divine and "being a woman is a gift not a curse".
You can take wonderful New Thought classes from a variety of New Thought teachers from around the globe, both independent and from different New Thought denominations. There are at least ten!
New Thought Centers in the Conscious Ministry program anywhere around the globe can apply for additional support in the form of equipment, routers and more....
